  The Justice & Mediation Service Center provides: 

• Referral service for civil and criminal litigation (metropolitan area of Washington, D.C. and across the country); 
• Representation (advocacy) services for people who believe that they have been illegally discriminated against in the work place. 

If you are thinking about filing an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) against your employer talk to us, first.  We also provide representation services before the United States Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB).

• Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services; 
• Court process services (summons to appear, garnishment notices, etc); 
• Negotiate settlements with credit collection agencies to resolve outstanding debt.   

• Conflict coaching and mediation sessions for couples or partners who have reached an empasse in their personal or business relationship.  Ineffective communications can bring matters to a halt.

We pride ourselves in helping our clients confront unfortunate situations that may have brought conflict or sadness into their personal or work lives.  Allow us to show you an alternative course of action that will bring a  back to your face.  Don't run away from the problem, resolve it.          

Generally, we charge a flat fee for the majority of our services, depending upon the degree and difficulty of the work to be accomplished.  However, we allow our clients to tailor or negotiate a fee schedule, when appropriate.  If it becomes necessary to refer a client's case out to an outside attorney or other professionals, the client will be bound by that person's fee schedule and arrangement.  However, we will be more than happy to negotiate that for you.
